TEC is a bit OP. Maybe decrease the accuracy and the RPM, reduce to 1 bounce?

The pp19 has too much recoil to really be good. Basically a huge with slightly better accuracy that can be reloaded. Firerate probably needs to be reduced if you do reduce recoil.

Mp5k and Mac 11 just feel like upgrades to the Navy and mac 10. If they were possibly rare variants that spawned less often that could be cool, but otherwise they might night a slight tone down.

There's a bit of a shortage of SMG ammo now. Like, it's actually kind of hard to find on some maps. Maybe change the mp5k and tec to use 9mm?

NVM, I'm pretty sure honey badger does silence kills, even though it isn't supposed to.
