Changing skins is not against the rules, nor is changing any other Pointshop item.

As I said before, it is not against the rules to call KOS on playermodels. If it results in innocents being killed, then it's false KOS, plain and simple. Even if it's against the rules, people will just call a KOS on playermodels when they find out who's using it.
