I'm friends with both of these people and russel is a very nice guy and I never see talvar doesn't disrespect anybody so unless u guys got prove to persuade me otherwise, my opinion will stay the same. -vouch

I have a feeling that there is something being left out... Like WHY did he kick them, and What were they saying to him. Like I said, I wan't to here HIS side of the story before making any judgement... Does he even know he's being reported? Someone should inform him.

Why is this still going on? A screenshot of him saying that he doesn't care about someones birthday and him kicking people for being "AFK" isn't anything. If you don't have real evidence, there isn't any point in adding on to this.

You can literally see the person that he kicked for being afk joining back right after, that's not something an afk person
would do...

There are several very good reasons why he may have reconnected. Maybe he was afk for a reason and was doing something. Maybe he came back just after he was kicked. There is no evidence to support that Talvar kicked him because he was a squeaker which pretty much means that it isn't real evidence.

What are you on about? That's like looking at a picture of 9/11 and saying the plane is just a smudge, it's quite clear that the person was not afk which is what he was allegedly kicked for.

@SaintLuther @Zellogi @AlphaSavior @"SALTe" when i joined i played 4 or 5 rounds and there were many afks people and other people saying there have been afks for a while so i went through and kicked the people who were not moving out of spawn about 30s-45s into the 5th or 6th round i might of missed the message saying someone had connected or spawned so i kicked the people who were not moving for the time elapsed in that round as i did not see the joining message so i just assumed that the people were afk so i kicked them.

Why not just do a votekick then, if the person isn't afk then they'll obviously vote against it, you could also pm each one of them and wait for a response, there's many more reliant ways then just seeing if they didn't move for 30 seconds. And in DR it slays afk people if they're last so not a lot of reason to kick them.

In DR we usually kick people who have been AFK for 3 or more rounds and as @Senpai Spook said, that one guy who reconected may have been AFK and returned shortly after he was kicked (yes, this things do happen), also @Talvar says he was told there were people AFK so its not entirely his fault.

Edit: Also if there is more than one person AFK they dont get slayed unless the current map haves a AFK proof spawn (spawn kills people inside it after some time passes)

I think people are forgetting the main point. Yes, Talvar did kick the Afk people for somewhat of a good reason. However, I know the two people who Talvar muted for "talking too much" and about how annoying they were(Don't forget he tells the person multiple times to make sure they know that he/she knows that they are disliked). While they may have been annoying to Talvar, that does not mean he should use his powers to gag them. That would be considered abuse. JoeyDaNinja is one of the people who he has yelled at to shut up on multiple occasions for "talking too much." In reality, other people and myself are listening to him. I do still consider Talvar as some sort of friend, but what he says went too far. I put up with his disrespect for some time, however, I also became annoyed at what he was saying to people. Being disrespectful to people is already something you should not do, in my opinion, as a staff member of a great community, you should 100% be respectful and act your age. I may only be 16, but I at least know some manners and when to keep my mouth shut.
