I was accused of 'noclip' exploits on the server, I couldn't really defend myself in this instance as the admin was too dumb to know how admin powers work and believed everything they heard. Simply I was banned for 'Noclipping' to get to parts of the map that was not possible. The admin obviously didn't use their common sense in this instance because a user doesn't have access to those commands. This also shows the lack of knowledge in said admin as they obviously don't know the game mechanics to accuse me of such.

Again another accusation of noclipping.... this ban was prior to the 1 day ban I received. The 1 day ban was unjustified, I believe it wasn't necessary, especially how the admin was discussing on the mic about permanently banning me. 

So in a nutshell, since that seems to be very helpful, I was banned for 1 hour for 'Exploit noclipping' a map, which was to be fair, justified, but after I was banned for 1 day, for nothing, simply nothing, and the admin who banned me has no proof of what I did as they banned me out of blind sight.

You approved of an admin that has little knowledge of how ULX works as well as how powers works, either this or intelligence has been degrading since this game mode first came out

How do you always manage to get into other people's business and fuck up everyone's else's day? I have not seen a single post from you that doesn't involve degrading other people. You need to watch what you're saying because you have made a lot of enemies in a short amount of time. If you keep going like this you will be hated by the whole community.

@"PusheenKat" is not an Admin, but an Operator. They did a voteban as you can see, and a lot of people voted for yes, but they should've realized it isn't possible to hack noclip. I've told them to respond to this.

Alright, I saw you noclip twice as did twelve and a few others on. The first incident happened in HELMS deep. You were for some reason stuck in a wall with the ability to move. As you were the last or second to last human and no one could get you I slayed you and then continued to do a vote ban in the next map as the map reset. The second incident happened in an OBJ map. I forget the name but it sucked. The second time was you going for the boomstick (I think.) But then Bacon and a few others broke it. We saw your shadow so I slapped you to see if you were around as there were no exits to be sure that I didn't ban you for no reason. When I saw no one fly I looked back at the silhouette and banned you as long as I could since you clearly appeared to be in the wall. (This was a voteban aswell) Since the players pressed 1 without me screaming to press 1 I just allowed the ban to happen.

3: a lot of pepole said they saw you exploiting/ "hacking" (although i didn't I just take pepoles word for it when more than majority says you did) so yeah there's that

This is what i'm arguing against, you're stating that I am no-clipping, as I haft to re-instate for some reason, I don't have access to noclip whatsoever, so why do you insist on accusing me of such? Like I said, the first situation was justified, but on the lambdacore you where discussing about perma banning me but you didn't have enough proof, but on the next map you votebanned me for the reason of "Noclip hacking?????????" I don't see how that's a justifiable reason, for you to ban me for said thing... You understand that on mental hospital, I did nothing, you were taking peoples jokes to a whole new level going full nazi on me, assuming that I noclipped into there to get a boomstick, which impossible anyway.... The real problem here is that you take other peoples words and put them into actions against other people, you seem to be so caught up in taking action against "Exploiters" that you put in stupid reasons that seems so unnecessary.

Voteban or a normal ban you still "TRIGGERED" the voteban... you're putting actions in not just your own, but the people surrounding you who want me banned, which is easily the most retarded thing to do in this situation.

I read it it just seems you really don't understand vote bans are not abusing (depending on how you use them) and this reason is pretty justified although you weren't no clipping you where still breaking rules
