[Denied] Admin application for deathrun

I would like to be admin on the Deathrun server 
I should be admin because I see people who deserve a ban, argue with me and are being bad  and all I can do is kick them over and over any many times I am the only staff online. I do stay in team speak a lot but no one ever goes in Deathrun team speak lol.
I have been learning a lot as an operator and seen other admins do their things and I think I could do mine also. Along with that I bet the other guests and players would also want me to be admin.
As I said in the other application the rules are just fine to me !

Hexman's a good op, he and I would usually be on around 1 or 2 am, and he would be a good admin too.
