Do I manually add zombie spawns, hammers, Arsenal Crates ect, or Does Saint add it in post.
I want to generate content for the server and I wanted to know how the system went.

Zombie spawns and human spawns do have to be added manually. By the items you listed, I assume you mean ones you can pick up on the ground? If so then yes, they do have to be I think. I don't believe it's like ttt where it's just one file and can be quickly edited.
