Reasons:
- This member was on ZS begging for vouches and upvotes and when confronted, he claimed it was simply  a joke since they were going to upvote his application anyways.
- This member uses emotional based thinking instead of rational arbitration decision-making.
- Was a part of the tricking of an operator into banning a player for noclip hacking.
- I believe he is immature and unready for any position higher than member at this time

Why? What does his opinion on a staff app have to do with him applying himself? The whole "you vouch me I vouch you" idea shouldn't even exist, whether someone gets staff should be whether or not they're qualified and that's what Gestapo looks at. He's more knowledgeable than most when it comes to ZS so his opinion should be respected. 

However I will say the whole "emotion" thing is pretty stupid, not every staff member has to be a robot, but the ability to stand up against mob mentality is something that should be required, especially for ZS.

Also I really hate operators/admins that slay/slap all at the ends of the rounds, its just really annoying and something most of the operators at this time do. Also people who gag/mute all during rounds when people are talking, saying that it was too loud when they could of just muted the people client side.

And as for gestapo, pointing out some positives about the person would be good to so its not so biased against people you don't like.

I'm not saying don't -vouch people. If you have a GOOD reason to -vouch (Ex. Rdms a lot, trapspams, spawnkills, cades at spawn, etc.) then by all means -vouch that person. But be careful of what you say, because it could come back to bite you in the ass.
