Well currently my PC decides to randomly delete gmod and when I try to clear space for it the space stays the same... so no gmod for me for a while

Don't delete that. Anyways how do you not have space???? Just delete slot of stuff you don't need or don't use anymore.

And the storage level literally did not move at all. I have DBD and gmod on my computer(and DISCORD and teamspeak) and it randomly deleted gmod and showed my storage as if in had gmod downloaded

Are you sure Gmod wasn't just moved around in your documents??

Pretty sure because when I try to launch it it says it has to install gmod but not enough disc space

Delete a game that you don't play anymore and you'll might have a few gb of space added

Go to your steam library and verify game cache for gmod. That might fix it
