Description of offence
For one apparently he joined the server i had my mic playing something accused me of mic spamming. After that im like ok i didnt do anything. Map changes he ungags me i say and i quote " Why did you gag me" he says " because your were mic spamming... I let it go after that i was saying how i hated a admin he jumped to conclusion saying "Im not the one to fuck with" so i said in chat " Good job i hope you like being a abusive admin... Later he said on mic " Dont talk shit when your gonna get gag. so he gaged me,gimped me,muted me, so i changed my name to  (Abusive = LFG Cactus ) he kicked me saying change your name or get banned.... I join back with the name #YouMadorNaw VivaLaVida... after that hes like hmmm i got bored of this im just gonna banned.

So I got to the server, and as soon as I joined Viva was playing music or some sound through his mic so I gagged him because that is mic spam. I kept him gagged for 2 rounds, during this time he chose to keep calling me abusive through chat. I warned him once I ungag him, if he disrespects again he will be gagged for a map change. I ungagged him and immediatly after he kept disrespecting me through mic for a minute or two before I gagged him again. Then he keptcalling me abusive and after a few warnings I gimped and muted him. He then left the lobby and changed his name to something like [LFG] #Abusive=Cactus VivaLaVida. I told him to change it and he ignored me and kept being rude (by chat). So i kicked him for reason being "if you come back with rude name I will ban you." I told him by voice it will be a 1 to 3 day ban. He came back with [LFG] #YouMadOrNaw VivaLaVida as a name. Since the name didn't really offend me I didn't ban him for that long, the reason why I banned him at all was because he was testing me. I did my duty as an admin, which was to stop rulebreakers. He micspammed, disrespected, and argued with an admin. Throughout the entire incident I kept reminding him if he stops being rude and starts being nice, I would not be punishing him. I don't really have proof of any of voice chat but if you look at logs you can see how rude he was in chat. Also, PrinceVegeta was there and could back up my story. Viva hopefully we can move past this and be friends once you learn how to calm down and take responsibilty in your actions instead of blaming others. I think him being a member is fine, but he is not near ready to become an operator and less admin.

Really is that soooo ask anyone else that was on at the time I didnt disrespect for 1 I didnt even mic spam for 2 and three hes a horrible admin.

You realize that Cactus was NO WHERE in the wrong here. In my opinion with you acting this immature by writing stuff on his profile and also taunting him. You should be banned from LFG all around. Playing music on your MIC is MIC Spamming.
