I killed 4 people in one round and manlord did not ban me fast enough he instead of banning me after 3 reports i had to argue with him to ban me this is unacceptable and even when he agreed he made a vote baned me  instead of giving me the honer of a pure admin ban

First of all, I didn't notice what was going on, and was letting someone else handle it who had seen it. 2nd They're were other admins on.... So by your faulted logic you should be reporting every admin that was on..... 3rd of all any proof? 4th of all you are openly admitting that you rdmed so you should be banned for longer...

4. no he shouldn't, the rules don't say that intentional RDM and accidental are different in punishment

a normal ban is justified though
