What server do you want to be Admin or Operator on?

Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.
I believe I should be an admin because I have played on sandbox for a while now and I would like to help the server get rid of rule breakers and make the server more fun, I sometimes get on at times when there are no admins because I have a different timezone and there are a lot of people breaking rules during those times, and would like to change that for the better
Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.
I do not currently have any experience as an admin or operator
