Well I want to be a member to tell people the rules and punish people who are breaking the rules, so I basically want to be a member because I see a lot of people breaking the rules on lenny face and it bugs me that they don't read the rules when they join for the first time so I'd want to be a member so I can tell the newer people on lenny face if what they're doing is right if what they're doing is wrong and if they're doing something wrong and won't listen and won't stop breaking the rules I could do a vote kick so they'll know never to do that thing again

You can tell them if they're doing right or wrong without member. Just go like "Hey you retard, use !motd to see that your being a spastic".

Members don't really enforce rules. Staff do that. Members can only votekick, votegag etc, and with the amount of AFKs usually playing, the kicks never pass.
