Tobi Getting the Job

I, Tobi Uchiha, am asked constantly, "How'd you get operator?" Not paying attention to the people who said it, because 99% of them were just salt over a slay or something. But, their questions struck something in my head! What problems do other staff or players have with me? Im a fair guy who can be reasoned with fairly easily. So, I thought, "Well what might they have a problem over me with?"

Im turning over a new leaf. Just as I did when I renamed myself AshKetchum. I would like to know your issues with me in this format please. I will try to correct them as best as possible because I worked REALLY hard for staff. I dont want to lose it so soon.

If you have a complaint about me, please:
1. List your problems
2. List when I upset you
3. If I can be forgiven for this problem

I apologize in advance if I upset you in any way. I really am a good kid, I rarely get mad, but when Im triggered its hard to deal with. Im sorry Im such a numb-skull like that.

1. Your methods of handling things actually piss me off. When you said "Not to argue with Admins ( staff )" yesterday, it actually bothered me, because it was for a poor reason. It was arguing about something you did that wasn't an act of administration, which is basically an abuse of the rule. I wasn't even involved in the argument and I hate the way you handled it on your end.

I honestly never threaten people. I control my voice, I never had once went back on my word in my life, thats how I even got operator. And I respect players until they disrespect me. And I do admit to being argumentative, mranonymous has experienced himself though how I operate.

I'm positive I heard you say "Hey guys lets have an RDM round", and you probably weren't serious but the last time someone called an RDM round (@TherealDarknes), someone got banned for mass RDM (@"L33TPwnzer123"). So even if you didn't mean it, it's probably wise to not even joke about RDM rounds because you never know who will take you serious, given your position.
