But he's also extremely inactive. He has not been on once since I became staff again and that was way back even before December

You can administrate just as effectively from the web admin, I don't see why it matters whether he's in game or not.

But the thin is he dosnt do shit even as web admin. He just insults the current staff and trolls players into thinking there's a ZS#2

Not really. True on many servers, but not ZS.
You can't noodle players from the web admin, which is basically the most common administrative action we take.
While it's simple, it helps a lot with the quality of gameplay for others.

If he was a functioning member of ZS, and listened to reports I'd be fine, however his only interaction with the ZS server is to annoy the players and staff.

On ttt you cant see logs so nadmin is just to check chat logs and admins cant target anyone thats online through nadmin

When there are reports and you guys are on I usually let whoever is on (unless they leave the server then I just complete the request), and if no staff is on (which you guys claim to be on "all the time") I'll usually come in to play/handle requests/kick out the AFK'ers (mainly @"L33TPwnzer123"). Also it's not my fault you kids get butthurt over a few small trolls, and want to report for something that's not abusing/against the rules. If you really want to report someone then go report the whole ZS staff for not using TS, since it is in the rules.

Woah woah woah. ToS channel isn't using TS? On a more serious note the majority of the time I'm on TS, I see you in the AFK channel. Also if what you're saying is true then get @SaintLuther to check your most recent log in time

I'm talking about when they are on the ZS server, ToS isn't part of the LFG Servers (it's just a random game)
