-vouch looks like tobi is ok and in the clear on this, its just seems you get salty over the way he acts, just grab your fidget spinner and continue playing in the corner like you always do

And yet admins have been agreeing. When an operator ignores admins and people higher than admins there is a clear problem. Ignoring Zel and going to Saint is undermining Zel and then lying about it when I ask Saint about it.

Tobi, if you actually did lie about some things that others said, that's irresponable to do as a staff member. I personally have had issues with Tobi as staff, and none with Charlemagne, so call me biased, but I think Tobi is in the wrong here, especially about being dishonest about what others said.

@TrueCrimson where is the proof? Where are the screenshots? Im not on anyones sides but if you want this to go anywhere, you should get some screenshots because opinions dont count as much. I know you said this isn't about disliking Tobi, but the way you say these things make it look like as its all about you wanting Tobi demoted because you dont like him.

This isn't supposed to help any side but i only remember having problems with charl (isn't a report either just showing some events that i was in)

Twas when i was operator after the demotion on the map clue

Owl the admin was on at the time
Charl for some reason was mad and started mic spamming (in my ears) so i gagged him after i ungagged him a round or so after he started to say anything trying to either make excuses to rdm me for gagging him
which than owl pgagged him and he forgot to ungag him which i could understand charl getting mad about that

Morale of the story charl rdmed me just because i gagged him and another member (he didn't get slain, reason i believe is because charl kept threatening us he would go to saint and that saint loves him)

No I was upset because I was gagged after trying to explain my side. Hunter got on and let me explain and I then calmed down. I was still slain but Hunter let me at least talk. You are not supposed to mute people because of a disagreement. You all keep saying proof but you can not prove verbal accusations without video you cannot prove reasoning. I have seen Tobi RDM with the same reason I have had and refuse to slay himself. Again this is not about slays. If this was personal this would have been done a long time ago. I did not bring up demotion a fellow operator of his did. We just went over people all get mad but I explained to other admins that I wanted to at least speak but that was said to be arguing which is agains the rules but that rules has been interpreted so badly at times to allow staff to be dictators. Tobi has made a lot of claims but when I talk to them they either say they never talked to Tobi or they never said it. Mr.Anon slaid me for the RDM and there was no fight but he then announced Tobi should not be putting those statements in his responses. You do not see me reporting Owl or any other person I do not like. I have never stopped anyone from putting my name here. Zel has even talked to me and ounce asked me to give the younger staff members a break and I have done so since. But he did say the muting this is clearly abused. You cannot say everyone can have an opinion but then mute anyone who disagrees with the staff's opinion. I have told Apekis has slain me before along with Monkey but they let me at least talk. Everyone RDMs from time to time. Admins have even watching me demand to be slain even when I have been forgiven or it was said I was in the right. The issue is hows things are done. You ask for screen shots but that would have made this a clear witch hunt. I can separate personal feeling from server feelings. I have been talked to by Saint about any issues he had with me the reason no one herd of them was because this was not something that needed to be taken to the forums. You brining up dislikes takes the point of this away. I have stated nothing agains him as a person. The lying that is clearly here proves the fact that he gets upset when things don't go his way. I am active on TS and not hiding from anyone. An operator is not to go around upper staff members' backs such as Tobi has been known to do. Zel has even explained when it is the discretion of admins and I have accepted everyone is different but there are universal rules that everyone has to follow. The reason I did not continue the issue last time because Zel asked just to drop it. Zel talked to him and said I had no right to be slain during the time of the first incident where I had to call Zel in. After being being told no by anyone with power over him he then goes behind their back. I have herd from many others that do not have a voice in LFG that they had been wronged. Ounce a guest asked why he was being slain. This was Gerbal. Tobi refused to talk to him and explain so he could learn. I had the same issue Gerbal had not knowing a map. I had to explain why for him just so he could learn. Tobi did not make any attempt to help the guest. Not helping people as staff so they could learn is a basic principal of any good staff member. There have already been issues with command abuse and that was taken care of but the fact that I had not been apart of the report shows that I do not put my personal feeling into this. When I have others also expressing their issues with one staff member that is a clear issue.

I never said my spelling was great but I admit that. But I did reread it, other than spelling my grammar is alright.

This just proves though my point when Tobi claimed Saint told him he was right. There Saint showed what I am talking about. (Saint is not involved so I did not ask him to do this).
