I made a relatively small city and this guy, rather than ask for me to remove and let people move their props, decided to use his COPPA power to initiate a voteban. Also, NOBODY was trapped inside.

People were complaining about being stuck inside of the compound, and evidently people didn't want it there since the vote passed. You were asked to remove it on another occasion and you refused to do so, so we decided there was no point in asking again. By all means, if your intentions weren't what they seemed to be, you should be unbanned.

Not to mention the fact that it's very close to the spawn area which probably explains why so many people were getting stuck and complaining.

-Vouch. If the city was big and people were getting trapped, its prop block and possibly causing lag to the server. Which are 2 big rules. You were asked to remove it but didn't so I believe you should stay banned, and this is a false report.

In reality, compared to other things I'v seen and built myself, this isn't that big. The main issue was that he spawned it so close to the spawn and didn't remove it when he was asked to. It wasn't causing any actual server lag, but some users we're complaining about FPS drops.

Gonna have to side with @"『TXM』Xenon" on this one. You were warned about this sort of thing in the last report you made, I told you to be careful with things like this, but you refuse to comply with other players when they politely ask that you remove it. Also spawning something that big on Construct really isn't recommended because it's a small map and you had it right up against spawn. Since you can't seem to figure out that huge dupes right next to spawn is not acceptable, take this time to reflect on your poor decisions.
