About the bounty system....

explanation v2: Person 1 has been on the server for 4 hours, Person 1 can place bounties on Person 2 who hasnt been on the server for 4 hours but Person 2 cant place bounties on Person 1 because Person 2 dosent have 4 hours of in-game time. It wouldnt be fair if this happened. Did i explaint right this time?.

Thats not what i meant. i meant that that system would be the only other way of being able to bounty someone who hasnt been in-game for 4 hours when you have been in-game for 4 hours (excluding the suggestions i made before, since you said there was no point in changing the bounty system)

option 1: Remove the in-game time requirement since that option won on the poll.
option 2: Make a second poll but only with the options "Reduce the in-game time requirement to 1 hour", "Reduce the in-game time requirement to 30 minutes" and "Remove the in-game time requirement"

I know i didnt explain some things well, but i think i did explain the reason behind the 2 options well (when i replied to @Zellogi ), so im going with option 2 since Saint didnt really choose any of the 2 options.
