The Reason This Abusive Admin Needs a Demotion

A couple days ago, Demonik called me over, and was holding an XOP flamethrower which is restricted to all user groups (including admins) as seen here:

I reported this incident previously to @Zellogi who said that he will fix the glitch that Demonik was exploiting. However, even after @Zellogi had applied the fix to restrict blacklisted weapons, @Vladimir Lemon reported that Demonik had again acquired flamethrowers. 

Demonik is guilty of breaking sandbox rule: Do not hack or cheat. Moreover, is guilty of exploiting a glitch rather than reporting it. Prop/weapon abuse is another broken sandbox rule that carries the punishment of jailing for a regular user. However, for an admin should carry much, much more weight. 

He then gave me a flamethrower as seen here (feel free to check the logs I never killed anyone or any props with it):

He then proceeded to punish a member for "being AFK and not having LFG tags" without even running the "!inactives" command:

Please can someone show me in the rules where it is required for a member to carry LFG tags. I understand it is highly preferred that members carry LFG tags, however there is no rule requiring it. Only admins are required (by the rules) to carry LFG tags. The server wasn't even busy enough to warrant the need to kick AFK players. Therefore Demonik is guilty of Admins and Operators may not run any command on a player without their consent or reason.

Demonik then launched a series of votes and began to spam the chat (as he so often gets banned for):

Demonik is using some kind of dupe/tool gun to glitch the weapon in (not sure how he's exploiting):

Maybe Demonik can explain in detail on this post exactly how he is exploiting this blacklisted weapon.

The prop spam didn't cause server lag (besides the odd lag spike here and there), but could have been very laggy if the server was full. However, this is typically how we start assessing the Do not attempt to crash or lag the server rule. It could be alleged that Demonik condones breaking the rule, and moreover assumed by extent of activating the props to spaz out is guilty of attempting to crash / lag the server.

In summary Demonik has broken the following sandbox rules:

• Hacking/cheating carries a Maximum length ban for a regular player. However, for an admin should carry the weight of demotion.
  
• Admins and Operators may not run any command on a player without their consent or reason.
  
• Obscene chat spam
  
• Crashing or lagging the server carries a Maximum length ban for a regular player. However, for an admin should carry the weight of demotion.
  
• Prop/weapon abuse.
  

So, in conclusion, I'm seeking more than just a mere slap on the wrist. This admin has been terrorising the community by abusing his position and breaking rules for far too long. He has also been defending other cancerous users and abusive admin as seen in this report!

I don't think any admin should be giving black listed weapons to people and allow them to go kill with them, especially users. They are black listed for a reason. The no collided desks look to be how people usually attempt to crash the server. Demonik has a bad habit of spamming and to think that is the least of the offense. This looks like attempt to crash the server and even if that wasn't the point he does clearly give banned weapons to people across maps. He knows better and is definitely not suited to be admin. There is no point to dealing with him anymore as staff. Definitely needs a demotion.

To think that the guy who was trying to fix an exploit less than a week ago is now an exploiter. He needs to be demoted, we cannot have this kind of abuse on LFG.

As long as nobody complained about it or it wasn't something dangerous, I don't see a problem. Not reporting it is kinda an issue though. As for the props, I believe he would've stopped. With my experiences with him, he never did anything abusive, and if it were bothering people, he stopped.

@DarudeDankstorm Not to be a contrarian but I have only seen him encourage cancer and lie about rules on TTT. When it comes to sandbox it is not much better. He gets mad and is incredibly bias. He knows the rules and he still chooses to pick and choose the ones he follows. He is behaves in front of you because you have not known him very long.

I only exploited it cause i knew other admins did so i figured it was no biggie, when I gave it to users I put a vote on it most of the time, I do remember giving it to one player though without doing it so i took it away, i kicked the dude for being AFK and he was not wearing his LFG tags which is required if you are a member. Also, I was not prop spamming as @SaintLuther said in the report on bengis as i was putting them together and using precision which would make them move on their own. @Zellogi never fixed the exploit so I never thought it was that bad afterall. The spamming was me telling people to press 1, which I admit I did spam. But if I am gonna be punished for doing this, it should be every other admin that also did this. The only 2 I can think of is @"deucedemon22" and @XL4TW who have also exploited this. I can also tell you are very biased for only reporting me doing this and not the other 2. Also the user burning was in spawn which is why I did not hesitate to do it as he would feel no affect.

If you're gonna abuse an exploit, it's also your duty as an admin of the server to report the exploit to me or Saint, and I don't think you've told Saint about it, and I know you never told me, so why instead of reporting it to us, you instead continued to abuse it? Doesn't matter if you start a vote, everyone's gonna vote yes cus having restricted weapons is fun in their eyes until mass destruction happens and there's one person left with it who's good at pvp. Exploiting this is no different than exploiting a pointshop bug, because it's still exploitation instead of reporting that you discovered it. This is why I don't like you. You don't contribute anything to the server, you just find bugs, and keep it to yourself. Just like that fading door bug, you told us how to do it, but immediately deleted the post to keep it to yourself.

I did, I reported it to @SaintLuther but he said he already knew about it.  Same with you.  You had no thought of patching it so you can use it yourself with your admin friends but once I got my hands on this, you knew it was time to patch it, so to me I did good cause it prevented you from exploiting it too.

I've never used this exploit because the weapons aren't restricted for me. I just don't use them except for show and tell in case someone doesn't get why its restricted. And like I said in the chatbox, I didn't have the ability to patch it until I got access to Falco's Prop Protection. So before then, the only one who could have done something about it was @SaintLuther.
