What server do you want to be Admin or Operator on?

Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.

I have been on the server for a while, and am definitely going to stay active. I want to be a staff member because I want to help the community. From my experience, minges are on almost 24/7. As I staff member I will enforce the server's rules. I will be active on teamspeak and the forums. I want to benefit the server as best I can.

Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.

I have been an admin on a Military RP server for 3 months until it was closed.

-vouch, mic spammed, so I gagged him. Then he spammed the chatbox by saying "ungag me" or something similar to that. and then he began to say stupid crap through admin chat. I don't think he is ready for admin, especially for what he did today.

Neutral leaning to -vouch. You were really good one week reporting every rule breaker but lately you have been on a troll streak and admins can't do that.

Still a neutral vouch but now leaning to a +vouch. Has been improving.

I will +vouch. After talking to him yes XL had just reason to gag him and Goose was in the wrong with mic spam but I think he learned his lesson and will take admin seriously. He deserves a chance to help the server and show he can be mature. I will not hesitate to punish you if you show me I am wrong. But I think he deserves a chance and will step up if given the chance. I admit Silly is not my favorite person just because he can be annoying but I don't think that would be a fair reason to not give him a chance since he doesn't seem to be doing to be annoying and he stop when I ask him to. So worth letting him help.

What do you mean? I have only been votebanning/votekicking when people deserve it, and I try to ban them for appropriate lengths.

Not the voting. The way you treat people in game has not been so good lately but I want to see you get staff so if you work on this I will vouch you.
