Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.
I think I should be OP as I was OP before and I did well before as OP. I have heard the complaints on me with me becoming OP, these 2 being, Mic spam and arguing with staff. I believe I have not micspammed and try to have the mic further away from my mouth to avoid confusion from me mic spamming and just talking. I have also been nicer to staff I believe as well. I have gone over the rules, and have gotten much time since my return to TTT. I think I am ready to return.
Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.

With the past week or so, you have shown you are bias towards friends.

The other issues have cleared up, but when your Sandbox friends get on, you become an entirely new person and become rude, arrogant, and absolutely jagged towards people other than your friends. You join them in ridiculing people or harassment.

I don't trust you as staff of LFG.

I'm gonna go with a Neutral Vouch, you seem like you know the rules but when certain people come on it's like you don't. So until I see a change in that I'm gonna stick with Neutral.

Unchanging -vouch. Reasons: 1. didn't you delete you last app because nothing but -vouches. 2. you mic spam it is an apparent thing if you can't admit to your wrong doings or can't see it how can you be counted on to see other players doing it. 3. You have shown bias towards friends (many of which are problem causers for ttt) 4. I haven't seen any staff qualities in you except once when Charlemagne asked you to get on sandbox and help staff. this was the only time you ever showed staff qualities on ttt, and it wasn't even for ttt.
Edit: after your attempt to make a point (which why didn't you add trueno to it he does that shit as well) you clearly aren't fit to be staff. As I have learned and as something you should learn, talk it out if it can be solved by talking. You also continue to refuse when you do something wrong (Man up) no amount of action from you or word of other staff will get you a positive vouch from me.
New information: at this point in time My vouch is going to stay as is, but you are showing better signs for staff(there are things that need a lot of work though) Keep up the proper staff behavior and you might get a positive vouch at some point.

2. I never purposely mic spam and I if I had "mic spammed" it no one has told me that in 2 weeks, so I would say that I have fixed this, but you have been on LOA, so I don't know why you would say this when we haven't both been on the server at the same time in other 2 weeks.
3. I can kinda see this, but in all problems Demonik, which is obviously who you are talking about, I have told him that it probably isn't the best idea. In the Door spamming issue, I asked Saint if it was against the rules as I care about TTT, I even pasted what Saint said in chat. I would say this is a very slight issue at all. But since I hang out with him you probably think that I would not slay him if he RDMed or something
4. I have shown staff qualities, I have listed 1 above, I make reports when people break rules I try to get staff on. I don't break any type of rules, and personally I feel like you guys are nitpicking small reasons or reasons that don't matter or exist just because I hang out with Demonik... I don't agree with everything he does, just like I didn't agree with everything @Zellogi did or what others did. Also Operator is basically the Trial Admin to search for notecards staff qualities... that is my response.

I'm gonna go with a neutral vouch. While you have improved on some of your previous issues, I have yet to see any real staff qualities while I've been on with you.

I'm gonna have to switch to a minus vouch. You consistently show that you do not have the maturity for a staff position.

To clarify my -vouch.
1. Only times to delete an app (in my personal opinion) is 1. no is giving any sort of vouch (+, -, or Neutral). 2. You either go on an loa and won't play for said app to count if checked or quit playing. 3. you stop wanting to apply or find no reason to apply. when the app was deleted it looked as if you deleted it for the reasons of almost all -vouches (a neutral or 2)
2. The mic spam has decreased I will admit I hear less of it from you before I went on an loa, but multiple staff have witnessed it and I know I for one have told you to stop. (which it does but continues a few rounds to a map later)
3. I am going off what I have personally seen when I played with you, and yes I am on an loa so I can't see if things have changed, for this I will trust other staff with vouches if they start to +vouch with a reply as to you have fixed things I will most likely delete my vouch till I can confirm it for myself.
4. I have only seen staff qualities from you once as I stated, and as for biased (including but not limited to demonik) from what I have seen both on the forums and ttt, there is a good bit of biased (Not full blown 100% bias as can be, but enough to where I don't trust you with power)
5. trying to defend yourself (which you are allowed to do, I have seen no rule against it) doesn't change my mind, unless I personally see it or enough staff which I trust are willing to strongly vouch and risk their credibility if you fuck up to the point of demotion (which is a possibility for any Op or Admin) my vouch is staying a -vouch.

You need to show none bias first not after you get staff. I am sorry but I will think but I haven't even talked to Shad about you and he is even saying this. Leaning more and more to -vouch sadly. and I am not witch hunting, I just wanted to make a point, which I DO forgive both Darth and Shad, no punishment on them needed, I told Saint to close the thread, please don't take this out of context and make it something else, but do what makes you happy. I am not mad at anyone and just wanted to make a point, which I think was made perfectly.

Plus that doesn't related to TTT, i did it because it was against the rules... and that makes me get a minus vouch for me doing the right thing?! I don't hate them I didn't "witchhunt" them, like jesus christ! Everyone seems to be pulling out some reason that doesn't exist or doesn't matter that much.
