5/20/18 - ULX Updates

ULX and uLib have been updated to the latest versions.
This is not a major update, but there are a few minor changes:

• Muted players cannot psay, but can still asay
  
• The !menu exit button works much better now
  
• Names are properly sorted alphabetically in !menu now
  
• An improved ban system is now being used internally
  

If any commands do not work or if any other issues arise that may have been caused by these updates, post them here.

6/13/18 - JukeBox Added

A JukeBox has been added to all servers.

• This can be opened with !jb or !jukebox
  
• Members and up can suggest songs be added to the JukeBox
  
• Operators and up can approve suggestions
  
• Members and up can pay 250 LFG Points to queue a song
  
• Songs can be skipped with !stop
  
• Players can vote to skip a song, which requires 51%
  
• Operators and up can remove songs, ban players from using the JukeBox, and edit song details
  

Currently songs are not synched between servers. If this gets more popular I might do that. I might also replace WMC with this as well.
