There's a boi on right now who @ant0_ and i believe is a h4k3r. basically what ended happening is that @ant0_ called out how aperture had surprising accuracy with the doom weapons. a couple minutes after he said that he pmed me saying that buttons had suddenly stopped working and that he was not able to check apertures account.

we dont know for sure but we have enough proof to have it looked at. I was also recording but I didn't have much of a fight with aperture so it doesn't serve much but i can say that he was quiet the minute we found out that he was banned.

the buttons not working were a problem with my computer, not makarov the alt using cheater.

oh one other thing. he somehow got passed a ban without making another account. this was ALL from today. @SaintLuther can vouch for this with the logs. (he was votebanned because he was invis and said that he was in the right if he turned of the invis before killing someone.)

So as the evidence shows, you have no evidence he's a hacker, you have evidence of you votebanning him, and you have evidence of his profile being private

No evidence of hacking like @Lt.Pwnzer123 says, but this is clear punishment avoidance so he will be banned for 2 days. @Makarov also has a recent history of much rule breaking and hasn't worn tags so he will be demoted as well.
