No, he changed his name. It's not an alt.

That isn't against the rule. He can place props anywhere as long as it's not pushing people and obstructing bases.

Upload it to steam. Then link it, or download the photo by dragging it into a new window and downloading it.

UHC can defend whomever he wants.

You can't use typing as it's extremely easily faked. For example,
