8/24/19 - /u Overhaul

lfgs.co/u has been majorly overhauled with many improvements:

• reCaptcha is required to upload a file
  
• You can sign in using LFGS CP, very similarly to l.
  
• Signed in users can bypass reCaptcha
  
• It is now much easier to drag and drop files to upload
  
• If you upload a file with a name already in use, it will display an error instead of automatically randomizing it
  
• Uploads are done on a single page, making it faster to get your link and upload more
  
• A few more file extensions whitelisted

You should stay signed in until you change your password, or if you clear cookies/use a different browser.

8/25/19 - More /u Improvements

Many more improvements have been added to /u:

• After logging in, postcode is now removed from URL
  
• Added ability to log out
  
• Added banned word filter from l. Mainly intended for use with name randomizer
  
• Stats are now displayed at the bottom of the page for file count and total size of /u
  
• Different tiers have been implemented for file upload limit:
  • Guest - 20 MiBs
    
  • User - 25 MiBs
    
  • Member - 30 MiBs
    
  • Premium Donator - 40 MiBs
    
• You can now see your upload limit beneath your username
  
• Partial fix implemented for bug caused by last update - browsers were not able to skip ahead in videos or audio streams that they hadn't buffered yet. This now works on most browsers and a full fix is expected soon

Saw this coming. The problem with a separate tier for Uber donator is what to do if they're no longer Uber. Obviously they shouldn't be allowed to keep the files up since they're no longer paying for the tier. So the files would either need to be deleted upon loss of tier, or you would need to pay for the next 10 years of Uber just to be on the safe side.

You don't apply that logic to Uber models though, and I don't think an Uber Donator will just somehow stock up uploading stuff (which doesn't make any sense).  They should be able to keep what they uploaded if it's just a little bit higher than premium, but they will just lose that ability to upload that high.

How does that not make sense? There are entire companies that exist for the sole purpose of people stock uploading to them
