UHC if you had directly asked that question that's all I would have responded with, but the vague wording led me to wanting to cover my bases.
If you look at the third paragraph, it says it, and I will say it here again. Yes, the anti LFS e2 can track and target LFS. However, I did not use it on players without consent. I have not used it at all since I was done programming it. At most I tested it on a few consenting people who wanted to help me test it.
Whoever is spamming the thing is not me. If you wanted you could have a pretty clear cut case against them. Hell, they were being a bit dumb and used too many of the things - it breaks by placing too many missiles if you have more then 1. If you were that desperate to ban someone else, I could explain some of the code in his or her application.
