Description of offense and evidence (screen shots, logs, etc.): This player Spiffy logs onto the server 0 hours and the server instantly starts crashing, now I saw this guy on another server last night it wasnt lagging but the admin banned him for aimbotting after several minutes of spectating. So when spectating his head snapped back and forth like there would be no consequences. Just adding info onto this from experience from hacks on Garry's Mod, the way he is snapping at players heads and the server crashing is conclusive to me that he's using a Garry's Mod cheat called Citizen Hack, which has a feature that allows you to instantly crash servers using some method without having to place props or do anything (idk how it works) and has a smooth aimbot that works exactly like that, which is what I believe he is using.
