Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.
I have a lot of experience with gmod. I've also been a member since 2016 (4 years). I vibe with people most of the time and don't take everything too seriously. I also play cs:go so I'm an expert on toxicity. 

Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.
I've moderated on multiple communities. the biggest one being civant gaming with 60 players a day. a lil of minecraft moderation too. I also got 4000 hours of gmod play hours.
