Fix this exploit

Over the course of a week or so, me and @Deucedemon seen multiple members exploit the ability to spawn in restricted Toybox Classic weapons by simply going to Single Player and duping and saving the entity version of what they want, and then spawning it in on LFG.  This is against the rules and needs to be fixed.

saint managed to restrict the rape and hax swep to where even if you managed to get it spawned in sbox, you couldn't pick it up. could he just do the same thing with these?

There not sweps its actually entity's, like the thermite from the toybox classic. It can be done with most entity's. You cant pick these up.
