People voted to remove it in this thread. Plus it was like 700MB so even if it's mediocre in popularity, that doesn't seem worth it.

ODST Drop Pod and NPC Reinforcements have been removed. The root of the problem is that ODST Drop Pods do not maintain prop ownership. This problem led to physgun permission issues (due to a hacky fix that NPC Reinforcements implemented) and the fact that Drop Pods became unremovable by players after they are launched. These addons were clearly designed for single player and would take quite a bit of time to fix for multiplayer.

-can shoot 25 rockets down before depleting

-can now shoot down DOOM3 rockets and LFS rockets(including from the LFS planes)

Fireworks have been added and restricted to Admin.

Admins can now ban for up to 2 weeks. This should only be used for server crash repeat offenders.

The Seat/Vehicle limit has been increased to 10.

A powerup is now available from the PointShop which will unlock PAC4 models up to 50MB.

Yes. This is what "repeat" means. One week the first time, two weeks subsequent times given that there isn't a long gap between them.
