unrestrict poly's traps weapons

in the other weapons category there are two trap-placing weapons added by poly's traps, both of which, yes, can be spawned as unrestricted entities, however one of them is a tripwire trap. the entity tripwire traps are basically all broken unless you have the rank to be able to use a physgun on world props. therefore the only way to get a working tripwire trap is to use the currently restricted tripwire grenade weapon.

i ask that the tripwire and mine weapons be unrestricted to members and up.

the main problem with this addon is that most of the traps, have to be set up manually, mainly the tripwire traps, which are sometimes world constrained. meaming you cant pick them up with the physgun. unless youre an admin
