2/2/22 - Permanent Weapons

A permanent option for each weapon on the PointShop has been added. These versions cost 200x more than the one round version and end "Perm" in their name. Currently they need to be manually equipped each round, but the ability to either have all of them auto-equip or to implement a loadout type system are both options.
