Keeping things short:

Guy calls high sus on me. I was inno, I begin protesting my innocence. Voidling kills me. I, in a fit of rage, insult him once in PM (As I do with almost every RDMer). Once he dies, I ask him why he did it. He said there was a KOS on me. There was not, and I point this out. He gets pissed off, tries to votegag me and threatens to get Luther on and ban me.

I think NK is also trying to report an RDM (whether or not it actually one is up to you, Mr. Luther). And impersonating an admin/operator isn't against the rules? I feel like there should be a rule against that.

Maybe, but seriously all you have to do is look at the scoreboard or realize if they are VOTE gagging you, then they must not be an Operator.

Well, true, but evidently, a lot of people, especially newcomers and... the younger crowd, don't really think of that. You've seen the reports.

And, even so, I'm not saying it should be any majot punishment. Maybe a warning for the first two offenses, then a two day ban or something similar on the third strike.
