Husky admin abuse. Ban request and demotion

Hello my fellow gamers.
Today on this fine day, I decided to join the sandbox server. When I joined, I was greated by a huge cave like structure, with a Nazi flag. So, I decided to try to raid it. 
As I was doing so, the map changed to bigcity. 
I spawned again, and the huge nazi cave was spawned as I joined. The structure was so huge, that the props needed to be un gousted. I made my break, and ran through it.
As I did so, me and a few other guys laughed about it, waiting for the nazi cave owner to run up the stairs, and we could kill him!
As I waited, I was suddenly grabbed by his psy gun, and kicked from the game!
I had no clue where he came from, and when I joined, I warned him that I am a player that can and will report abuse. 
I jumped on a near building, and hoped back to his base.
As I did so, and I was talking to some of my buddies, I was suddenly gagged for some reason. 
I warned him again that I was going to contact the higher ups. 
After I did so and he found my char on his special little base, he jailed me and banned me with no warning.
This is absolutely disgusting. 
I am a proud player on this server, and the players love me. Yesterday we where all memeing and that chanted "HAIL PEPPER".
I join today and get banned for going in his base.
This is unacceptable in every way, and makes me sick to my stomach. All my events are recorded in the logs, and you can see I broke no rules.

I'm going to try to monitor the Sandbox server whenever he's on. If I find that he is trolling and being a negative influence overall I WILL ban him. If I find that in no way is he doing anything wrong I guess I'll have a chat with Saint about what to do. From now on instead of just making a report, go onto the teamspeak and talk with a higher up (Professor, Saint, or I) that will actually do something. Since you clearly are unable to do a simple task of recording evidence then we will do it for you because you're being a nuisance. Good day to you.
