Because I was checking my binds and since I have k binded to rocket and maul binded to m. I have already taken off my binds and changed m to Teamspeak and k to normal kill.

on a note unrelated to your demotion, but worth mentioning:
don't bind kill to a key that you can easily accidentally press. m is uncomfortable for human hands for TeamSpeak, though you aren't one don't use it.

Still, you abused slap. Someone went to claim a bounty on you, and you repeatedly slapped yourself to avoid being killed. You even said you were doing it for that reason in voice chat. Are you going to admit that?

You knew what would happen if you did both at the same time, you've done it multiple times before. Plus you have to do it pretty fast for it to work.

I've witnessed him abuse his slap multiple times to get to place on maps that you normally otherwise cant and i have on multiple occasions seen him being shot by a T (once being myself) and he would just use slap to move around so much hes impossible to hit. Honestly i dont think he need the commands he even said himself in his OP application that he probably shouldn't have access to them

I have also seen him abuse slaps and other commands to make it harder to hit him and reach places that are otherwise unreachable or just to be annoying.

Kry does abuse his very limited power all the time, I constantly see him slapping himself and mauling himself while dead, also I have seen him rocket himself until the server has almost crashed, he obviously is not responsible enough for the power he has.

I slapped you out of the way because you were restricting other peoples gameplay, plus i only slapped you once, also it doesnt matter if you used unstuck afterwards, it shouldve never happened.
