What server do you want to be Admin or Operator on?: Sandbox,

Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin
 I find that late at night, there are no admins on with an excessive amount of prop pushers, blockers, etc. I feel that I have the ability to perform adequately. Such as, dealing with a bunch of corresponding angry kids who just happen to need to push everyone around with a train.

Please describe any previous admin or operator experience. I had a somewhat popular Team Fortress 2 server called 'The Insanity Warp'..
