How do we become an operator if there is no staff to recommend us on the server we want to be operator on?

I have no idea what server you're talking about, but I'm guessing Prop Hunt. And you just do it anyways.

It still is, but Prop Hunt is not a good recruitment server.

well in 3 days i might not be on. maybe a few days after that but we'll shoot for tuesday if it's going to be during the week.
