Not everyone wants their base raided. If we open raids to everyone, then the rocket spamming 10 year olds will be the dominant species on Sandbox. The keypad cracker was an admin-only tool to begin with, for some reason it lost that, so I told saint to remake it admin only. So lets try to go through this logically...
In the real world, doors are locked with keypads, because you are not granted access to go there. Would you call management and yell at them because their door is locked with a keypad? No, because it's the real world. Before you use the argument "This is just a video game", consider this as well. What's the point in making a base with a keypad door, if you can just stand there for 15 seconds and crack their base open? Sandbox isn't just about base raiding. You gotta look at it from more than one perspective. Would you want just anyone to willy nilly enter and/or destroy your base, because they could just crack your keypad? I wouldn't think so.
So what good would eliminating keypads altogether do? Buttons only? Why even allow people to make bases? Lets ban base making while we're at it. Buttons would make base raiding too easy and nobody would even bother making bases.
In my opinion, the definition of prop blocking is "Using props to prevent access to an area, unless someone is making a base in that area", like for example, spawning metal fences around the spawn area in warmap. That's prop blocking. If someone spawned a metal fence as a sort of door to a building, that's not prop blocking, that's basing. The whole point of making a base is to create a zone where people cannot enter without your permission. Not everyone wants rpg spammers running around their area ruining their stuff.
