Pretty sure you haven't donated $60, you've only donated $20 and you must've put in the wrong Steam ID when you donated because I can't find it. You will have to pay the $2 fee or donate again like you asked me on TeamSpeak to be unbanned. This also isn't the first time you've been banned for hacking on our servers...
