So i join darkRP to have some fun with my friends and at first I thought that the operator was pretty cool because he help me get these kids out of my base but after that he was doing some pretty suspect things to people. 
one my brother was close to VACcine- and his friends and out of no where one of the operators friend’s kills phoenix. phoenix goes back  to find out why so he can call RDM and he kills him i think 6 to 8 times.When phoenix got back then he laid in on VACcine- for not doing something even know it was clear RDM right in front of VACcine-’s face and he did NOTHING to stop his friend or help phoenix. 
two this one really isn’t that big but I think its worth mentioning he kick someone for spamming some kind of prop and i look over at his friend. He is basically doing the same thing the other guy was doing. 
third this one really pissed me off. I was just going to my base after chatting with cupcake god or bro_my_cupcake and i see on my cameras the 3 people are in my base one of then destroyed 2 of my cameras so i just look down my staircase and see VACcine- because he is raiding me. so i shoot at him Then his friend says something so i stop shooting and over my voice i couldn’t here him still shooting so he kills me and as I’m going to my base the this fucker really kicks me for “reason” I spent about 2 hours i think on everything and the this motherfucker kicks me and i lose everything i join back to ask VACcine- why he fucking did it so i go back to my base and a thief comes and i tell him what just happened and he says “thats fucked up.” and his friend comes and i ask him why VACcine- kicked me and he said “you shot him thats why.” and this dude claims my base and he knew it was mine because he fucking killed me and as soon as VACcine- kicked me he’s claimed my base. He also tells me to leave because its now he’s house as i explained earlier he known i was in the house for like 2 hours because mid raid I say please i have had my base for 2 hours.


so basically he is saying if an admin or operator raids you ,you are not allowed to shoot them and if you do you will be kick from the server and the admin or operator can steal your house no matter what you say. very fair rules they made right saint .
but seriously this guy NEEDS to be striped of his operator powers if he doesn’t know have to use them.

oh also i was I’m ts with TheTrader Phoenix and thegabything when this all was happening so you can ask them for more proof. phoenix and gaby are operators on deathrun and trader is an admin on deathrun so they all are pretty respectable people.

I think I when to hard on him because If I was him I couldn’t find an opening to clap back at me.

Saint does have access to logs, and you're acting very defensive which makes me think that this is all true. Instead of acting all defensive and like "omg prof or it didnt happen" kinda attitude, maybe think about how you're gonna make up for it.

I think you should all take a chill pill. Vaccine should chill from operating for a bit (people don't report operators for no reason (especially an older member)) and gerbil should sit back and make some edits to this report. It's very poorly written and an eyesore to read. Also you should try to get some logs/more evidence. Otherwise this is almost textbook abuse. A huge responsibility as anything ranging from member to server owner is treating people fairly. And if treating then fairly is out, then punishing them fairly. This means no special treatment to friends, family, and also no unnecessary punishment to people you don't like. So while gerbil hasn't provided any evidence on whether or not these claims are true, vaccine also hasn't provided any evidence to help his case. I'll try to keep up with the findings of this report because darkrp admins are usually my specialty. As for now that's my input.

I've done nothing wrong. This is the only person that has had a problem with me as operator there are many more people who think I've done a very good job. Why don't you talk to other staff on the server and get what they think about me instead of relying on one persons random report.
