So kat birdman Decides to get on early early in the morning around 4 and 3. With his friend Zhu(a member) get on prop blocks before i can get on video. later they build a base but rdms me from my base across  from them although Zhu a member which can votekick/ban did nothing.He claims he did nothing and tried to stop him in the video i will provide later.I hope you guys can fix Zhu being a member and the existence of cat to be removed from this glorious server.

Yeah, no, I was never told that I am always required to voteban/ votekick people, and even then most of the time they do not get passed due to afkers. Adding to that, as far as I knew, I was told that your friends were pointing guns at us, and am I supposed to votekick/ voteban someone that, as far as I knew, was shooting someone who very well could have killed them at any moment. And it could have been his mistake at that distance, and thought his physgun was a gun. Not to mention this whole time I was trying to convince a few people that I will not voteban/votekick someone for one rdm, and one nlr violation, because as far as I saw it, it was a misunderstanding. I was not paying attention to the killfeed or who was holding a gun. But I did attempt to convince Cat that he was being a bit harsh and I do not think that immediately killing was necessary, but he had determined that he would be offering absolutely no mercy, which I do understand because of your constant trash talking. I'm sure that he would have been much more reasonable with you had you taken a different approach then just talking shit to us because we beat you in a war, and you guys kept violating nlr, so we propblocked you to make you stop, I did not encourage this prop blocking, but I did see it as a measure that was on some level necessary, and I do now see that I was wrong to think so. I do not see that I should lose my title as member, because as far as I knew, there was probable cause to shoot you. We could have all handled this in a much more mature way than we did, and hopefully we all have some takeaway as to what we should consider as a just or unjust response.

@Johnny 3 tears So sorry I wasnt on tonight I had just "worked" for 11 hours and wanted some sleep when I usually handle all the cancer from 12-4am will be on more now ^_^
