New TTT Map

I will +vouch, as this is a very awesome map, but I do leave a warning. I've played on this map on the past, and it was EXTREMELY laggy (fps not latency). some people with potato PCs might not be able to play on it at all.

Also, there's an insta-win trap the ts can activate, but it's like a 3 step process and carrying the keycard for the final step could be made KOSable if the person doesn't throw it somewhere inaccessible.

It does lag, but only in spawn. As soon as you walk out, it's fine
