buildmode grace period changes after spawning

I was thinking that we could make it so people can change how long the buildmode grace period is after they spawn on the sandbox server. It can be pretty annoying to have to wait 10 seconds after spawning to get weapons if you are in a PVP battle or something like that.

Honestly, I'm not sure if this is possible, I can't answer that part. It would be nice, but I don't mind waiting the 10 seconds. It gives me plenty of time to get where I want to go before losing my invincibility.

When creating a thread or full editing a post, there's a Pollmanager right above the Attachments section. Click the "open Pollmanager" link, follow instructions, and when you've appended your poll, submit your post.

Pretty sure you can change it under the !lfg menu. At least you could when I added it like a year ago
