Add One small rule

So, i was on sandbox and I noticed a guy who had a pac size of .5 or lower. He was sneaking into bases but not killing anyone. In the Sandbox rules it says you can't have a pac size above 2. but it does not say below 1. So I was wondering if we can have the pac size rule set to nothing above 2 and nothing below 1

I somewhat disagree with this. Maybe make a rule against anything under 0.5, but I think the range of 0.5 ~ 2 should be fine if you're not killing players. Most players make sure their bases don't have any large gaps so someone who's 0.5 or higher couldn't get in. It's the people who make themselves 0.001 and slip through the unnoticeable crack are the bad ones.

If you plan on PvPing, you shouldn't use PAC to modify your size at all, bigger or smaller. That's already a rule.
