Weapon addon

I have an addon to suggest for the sandbox server.This addon contain weapons that is not too OP like those weapon in the scifi weapons addon.

Most melee weapon are broken while the rest are fine.I will find another addon if this swep is not wanted.

I can nerf weapons, that's easy enough, but if they produce script errors, I probably won't be able to fix those. I'll probably try to fix it tomorrow. No promises that it'll even be added even on the slim chance I can fix it.
