HandCuffs (I think maybe this should replace Tazer as Its widely abused. With this, You can only use it on the same person 1 per round)

For Loadouts:
Only the Pocket Rifle (Good to have when you also want close range weps and well balanced!)

"Crescent Rose" (A Pointshop Idea in My opinion, maybe worth 80k points?)

I really like this content. I personally believe this will make the game more complex and Interesting, as these contents can completely change the play-style of anybody! I hope you agree with me on this one because I generally believe this is my FIRST great server suggestion!

I already said in another thread pills look too buggy, vampire would be very op considering how many AFK people there are, slow time looks like it would just be annoying for people, RPG is 11mb so no way, I already said body bombs are a bad idea, who would actually buy a rotation gun?, and portal gun makes people lag. Everything else is a maybe.

I would, I mean its good for people sniping, since they cant really hit you if they get rotated while being shot at.

So you need to shoot them 10 times to kill them? That's pretty worthless. It wouldn't be difficult to increase the damage of it, but it still seems like people would stop caring about it after using it once.

I would say bump the damage to 15, and then it would be good for mid-range combat.
