So, The round started and the instant it says "You are a Traitor." some ASSHOLE snipes me. It was completely 1 sec in the round and he tried saying "You shot some 1 but no bullets in MAP were fired yet." I would like a rule stating if you are RDMed within 60s into the round with literally no reason, the RDMer takes 3 slays. This seems justified as it ruins the victim's round and is completely uncalled for. T rounds, as we know, don't come by every round and RDMers just ruin it for everybody.

Last time I checked, RDM = 1 slay, doesn't matter when it happens, its not any different.

I think 3 slays is a bit extreme. People getting rdmed within the first minute of the game usually doesn't happen unless there is a mass rdmer (who would be banned asap). It would also force staff to look at the time that people were rdmed, making more work for everyone. Also, as soon as people knew about the rule, rdmers would start killing people at 1:01 so as to avoid the extra slays. Even if this somehow gets passed, the penalty should be 2 slays, not 3. Overall I say no.

As an RDM further into the round makes sense for 1 slay because it could have been an accident. I think 3 slays is a bit too much but usually an RDM 60 seconds in is a planned RDM I would say like 1 slay and an impair or 2 slays

Well, 2 slays is fine. But only if it was like the victim hadnt even shot yet. Case scenario: Round starts, you're T or D. And an Inno/RDMing Detective snipes you 2 seconds in. you report them for ruining a round that comes once maybe every 6 rounds. YAY! 1slay! It doesnt feel justified. They should suffer a hair more just for ruining a round that is not easy to get.
