It's very much possible to do on Windows, cus I've done it. I just can't give pictures on how to do it since my phone doesn't have a Windows-styled volume mixer.

Yeah ive tried using the volume mixer but like i said its not compatible with my headset, it doesnt change volume at all

The volume mixer is universal ffs doesn't matter what headset/speakers/ wtf ever you're using. You probably have the wrong device selected on the volume mixer.
