Demonik1 spamming chat. I warned him for it.



I decided that a gimp is a fair punishment.


After I gimped him he got mad in voice chat then ungimps himself.



He also as soon as he got on repormoted Cancer Cell's Apple Watch (Senpai Spook) to trusted. Trueno did it before him and I asked Saint and Saint replied, <21:22:05> You poked "SaintLuther" with message: Trueno gave Senpai Spook Trusted while hes banned. Is this allowed

I dont remember any kind of warnings but when your gimped me I ungimped myself cause you never told me to stop, also all of those messages where a certain time apart not instant. It was about 5 seconds after each one. I also stopped at one point since you complained.

If this was that big of a problem then you should had told me to stop before, you told me to stop after i had ungimped myself when is when I had actually stopped. If you really wanted me to stop, you should had told me in a more formal way in which i would actually hear your message cause the voice chat was loud and cancerous so i could not hear a thing. Next time you think im spamming, ask me to stop in the admin chat cause I do read that

I would like Saint to check the logs on this. The messages weren't 5 seconds apart they were a lot shorter. Also spamming is defined as to execute (an action) or use (an item) rapidly or repeatedly. I can confirm 100% you were.

So what Im hearing is that you were too much of a pussy to tell me to stop? I never heard any kind of verbal warning but saw 1 message saying stop when I did stop.  I was not the only one doing this so was @ThePope which is why it appeared a lot.  Stop using the fact that "I was an admin so you did not have to warn me" I never would of seen it as "spamming" which is why you should of said something in the admin chat sooner and it would of ended a lot faster.

Dude I gotta defend this innocent plank, AKA Macaroni Joe. Spam, by definition has multiple meanings
First meaning is many types of meat ground together sold in cans similar to soup.
Second is to "irrelevant or inappropriate messages sent on the Internet to a large number of recipients."
Third is to "send the same message indiscriminately to (large numbers of recipients) on the Internet."

By these definitions, it is objective to the user if he was spamming. You see, there's no definition exactly for large, 57 or 12 is not an answer to everyone, but to some it might be. He also slightly varied his messages. The amount of users in the server was not large in my opinion, and his messages weren't exactly the same. This means he wasn't actually spamming.


Also, if he was forum banned, why COULDN'T you give him trusted? Trusted is a way to show you trust a player as an admin. This doesn't mean that he's abusing trusted or such. And it doesn't mean Demonik is abusive. It just means he trusted him.

By the way, using a punishment as a warning is flat out retarded. Imagine joining a server, spawning a prop, and accidentally hit someone who calls an admin and you get banned all week for "Don't Proppush - First Warning". Wouldn't that seem annoying? That's just a bit more extreme version of what you did. If anyone could be called abusive, its you for doing so. Just because you said it doesn't make it better if he didn't hear it because he was talking. That's like shouting across the globe hoping your friend hears it. Get his attention before you gimp him JUST SO YOU CAN TELL HIM. If he cant hear it, its not his fault he didn't know you said it.

So in conclusion, just don't ban him. None of this would be against the rules and the only one who was retarded here was you. You were an asshole about it instead of handling it like an admin should. It doesn't matter if he was ALSO an admin, it was just a bit of harmless fun. What could spamming chat with "Fuck Niggers" do to actually harm anyone? Make you miss a message from a guy you killed saying "I am gonna ddos you and your router and your computer and your keyboard and your mouse fgt."? or is it just because you're biased against Demonik1, or because you're overly sensitive? This is not a professional way to handle your problems.

Just gonna close the report. Chat spam isn't a serious reportable offense. Just tell him through multiple methods to stop (voice chat, text chat, etc), if they don't, mute them, and if they evade it (reconnect, undo it cus badmin, etc), ban them (if reconnect, since thats leaving to avoid punishment), or use admin chat (if admin, cus they usually read that).

@Ripjaw Possible, but this report shouldn't even exist in the first place as chat spam is like the smallest offense in the server.
