Now I can finally respond to this.
All I ever see abuse-wise is blinders or prop kill madness, and it's relatively simple to see who's doing it by typing !e2, since the original creators of these E2s named them something obvious like "minge blind". Prop Kill Madness doesn't even work because of Falco's Prop Protection's anti-E2 mingery feature, which no-collides any prop manipulated with applyForce. E2 also has the potential to crash the server easily, but very few people know how to do this, even less without being caught. If the server crashed and the last thing that happened was someone spawning an E2 chip, it's likely they crashed the server so you can just ban them. Wanting to restrict something because it can be used for abuse is dumb when it can be used for many great things. If we restricted everything because it can be abused, there would be nothing left. Not even a server.
I think it should remain as is and the admins should do their job. If we restricted E2, it would piss off a lot of people and the server would be even less populated. Some users don't want to wait for an admin to trust them in order to use E2.
Something that can be done instead of restricting E2 altogether, maybe @SaintLuther can implement a ULX command that clears all holograms, if possible. There's built in features that let you block holograms clientsided from a certain player, but maybe they also added a way to clear them server sided? The command could be something like !clearholos. The reason this could help is to stop blinders, but also because holograms can lag the server if overused so people who aren't even aware that they're lagging the server could be banned.
