Why the ban: spawning things in the sky box

Why there shouldnt be a ban: i asked if i was allowed to put things in the skybox as long as i didnt lag the server and was told that there was nothing against it. i was then given no warning AT ALL and banned for 1 day. I had no malicious intent and am extremly angry. Im now sitting here playing on servers that i havent been on in quite a while (and for a reason), comletly bored. I love that server and try my best to help admins and be generaly nice.

If you're being honest, whoever banned you needs to speak up and tell their side of what happened. As it stands, I think the ban's just retarded, unless something else happened that you didn't tell us.

im being as honest as i possibly can. but as you mention, it is only my side of the story. we all have different perspectives.

False bans have skyrocketed on SB, mostly due to several immature people on their getting member.

If youre telling the truth and spawned jack, +vouch, banning you for asking to spawn things is unfair.

If youre lying, your ban should be extended.
I do believe youre telling the truth, sandbox has had a lot of people abusing power recently.

You do know this is an admin ban right?  It would say ULX VOTEBAN if it was a member

theres still a few badmins on SB still, I assumed it was member because the majority of recent bans have been by salty members.

no it was an admin. i didnt get kicked or anything, it was just a strait and immediate ban. no vote or anything.

then i got banned when i spawned a sky effect in skybox. i asked if i could before and got the ok from another admin (there were 2 on at the time). everyone said it looked cool and no one was complaining about lag so i left it.
